Simple Lacy Rib Cowl in 2 sizes: neck warmer or full cowl.
Yarn: 400 yards fingering weight yarn
Needles: Size 7 (4.5mm) needles, double pointed or 16" circular.
Gauge: 18 stitches and 19 rounds to 4" in pattern after blocking.
Finished size is 19" around and 10" high for the small (neck only) size and 24" around with 18" high for the larger (neck and head) size.
