Adventure Bags in Three Sizes

Because these bags are unstructured, they are best worn like garments -- they come alive on the body. The soft drape of each bag makes it relaxed enough to travel with you on any adventure, from the urban landscape to the terrain of an evening out, or on a spontaneous trip over a long weekend. The big bag is big enough for your yoga mat or a blanket, a change of clothes, a loaf of good bread, and bottles of wine and water... all at the same time.
Small or Evening Adventure Bag: 3 skeins main color; 1 skein for optional vine embellishment; 2- 1.75" diameter metal purse rings; 16" zipper. Finished dimensions: 6.5" high; 12" length at baseX3" width at base.
Medium or Urban Adventure Bag: 5 skeins; 2-1.75" diameter metal purse rings; 20" zipper. Finished dimensions: 9" high; 15" length at base X 4" width at base.
Large Long Weekend Adventure bag: 9 skeins; 2 or 3- 1.75" diameter metal purse rings; 30" zipper. Finished dimensions: 14" height; 20" length at base X 6" width at base
Yarn shown is Cascade 220, 100% wool. Bag is knit and then felted in the washing machine.
Needles used are: US 11/24, 32 or 40" circular; US11 double pointed needles; US7 double pointed needles for evening bag only.
