You will need: Sport weight: 180, 195, 210 yards,16" US4 circular & DP needles OR Worsted weight: 150, 165, 180 yards, 16" US7 circular & DP needles OR Bulky weight: 125, 140, 155 yards, 16" US 9 & DP needles.
If making a 2 color hat, 1/3 of the yardage is the contrasting color.
